Verified By Visa is a simple password-protected identity-checking service that takes the risk out of online purchases/transactions.  If you have signed up for this program your Visa card number will automatically be recognized and the Verified By Visa password window will appear whenever you use your card to pay at participating merchants.  The password/PIN you chose when signing up for Verified By Visa will be required to complete your purchase.
