If your game is running slowly, there are two likely explanations:

1. The players on the table are taking a long time to act when it is their turn.
2. Your Internet connection may be having difficulty

We suggest waiting a few moments before trying to continue playing.  If you notice that some of the other players at the table are commenting on the slowness of the game in the chat facility, then the issue could be on the server side.

If you are disconnected from the server due to a technical fault, our policy in such cases is to refund all monies invested into the pot back to the players involved in it.
