Download our poker software from the poker area. After you have downloaded it, open the file, click on Run and follow the easy steps from our installer.  An icon for accessing the poker room will be added to the desktop.

Our poker software does not contain any viruses, spyware, adware or other unwanted or malicious content. Sometimes anti-virus software will flag it as unsafe simply because it is an executable file. You can be certain that it is absolutely safe to continue with the download.

When you download our poker room, make sure that you wait until the download is complete before using the computer for any other means.  This will make sure that you do not corrupt the process in any way.  If the download is not completed properly, uninstall the corrupted version by following these instructions:

• Go to the Start Menu > Control Panel or your Start Screen
• Choose/type Add or Remove Programs
• Locate our poker room on the list of downloaded programs then click Change/Remove
• On the Uninstall dialog window, follow the steps until you reach Uninstall.

This will unistall our poker room.  Simply sending the Desktop icon to the Recycle Bin will not uninstall the program.

You can now begin the download and installation process again.  If you are still having problems, please contact Player Services.

If downloading the software is not convenient, you can also play from our web client by clicking on Poker > Play Now > Play Instantly. (You will be unable to play at multiple tables simultaneously on the web client).
